Erin Martin
Our Licensed Conveyancer, Erin, has worked in the legal industry for more than 20 years and has a passion for property law. Erin graduated from Macquarie University after completing Conveyancing Law and Practice; she is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and a Justice of the Peace.
Erin can assist you whether you are buying, selling or transferring property and has experience with residential, rural (including water access licenses) and commercial land.
Erin loves the feeling of calling a client to tell them that they have secured their new home!
After growing up in the Blue Mountains, Erin moved to the Hunter Valley to join her family, find some warmer weather and further her career. On the weekends she enjoys camping and getting out on the ski boat with her husband and two boys.

Erin Martin Conveyancing can assist you with the sale of your property in NSW, advising you of your rights and obligations as the vendor (the seller). We will draft your contract and liaise with Real Estate Agents, purchaser’s representatives and banks on your behalf.
We’ll keep you up-to-date with the progress of your sale at all times and ensure that you feel comfortable with the process.

Whether it’s your first home, upgrading or downsizing, or buying an investment, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. We’ll help you navigate the complexities of purchasing property and make the process as stress-free as possible.
Grants
We’ll advise you of any possible grants that may be available to you at the time of purchase and liaise with your lender or broker to assist with the loan approval. We’ll take you all the way to the finish line to collect the keys to your new home!
